Tinker London

Tinker was approached by The Brand Experience Company to help design and build hardware and software interfaces for two exhibits that were part of Volkswagen’s Bluemotion Technologies presence at Grand Designs Live at the Excel Centre in London.

For the first exhibit, Tinker developed sensor-based hardware that enabled visitors to use foot pedals to control a visual illusion involving water droplets, as well as software that responded by displaying visual and audio assets.

In the second exhibit, Tinker built software that coordinated audio and visual assets with the position of a car on a hydraulic lift, which visitors could raise and lower by moving a plunger.
